In Vitro

trans-ccc_R08 inhibits HBeAg production in HepDES19 cells with an IC50 of 0.14 μM[1].
trans-ccc_R08 inhibits HBsAg production in cryopreserved primary hepatocytes, with an IC50 of 0.08 μM[1].
