LY 541850 (intraperitoneal injection; 10 mg/kg-300 mg/kg; 15 min prior) induces a concentration-dependent inhibition of the TAP evoked fEPSPs in CA1-SLM in 10-16 week old (EC₅₀ 42 nM) in CD-1 mice^[1].
LY 541850 (intraperitoneal injection; 10 mg/kg-300 mg/kg; 30 min prior) reduces the increased locomotor activity of phencyclidine and amphetamine in a dose-dependent manner in male ICR mice^[1].
