Isorhapontin is an antifungal agent. Isorhapontin inhibits the hydrolytic activity of Trichoderma cellobiohydrolase I (CBH I) with a K_i of 57.2 μM. Isorhapontin also inhibits the activity of Trichoderma endoglucanase I.

Adenosine monophosphate-¹⁵N₅,d₁₂ (AMP-¹⁵N₅,d₁₂) dilithium is deuterium and ¹⁵N labeled Adenosine monophosphate (HY-A0181). Adenosine monophosphate is an adenosine A1 receptor agonist. Adenosine monophosphate has significant antiviral activity against HSV-1 and HSV-2. Adenosine monophosphate is a key cellular metabolite regulating energy homeostasis and signal transduction.

TbPTR1 inhibitor 2 (Compound 3a) is a PTR1 enzyme inhibitor, with IC₅₀s of 34.2 and 32.9 μM for TbPTR1 and LmPTR1. TbPTR1 inhibitor 2 has anti-parasitic activity against T. brucei (IC₅₀: 34.2 μM).

BP13944 is a potential small molecule inhibitor discovered by high-throughput screening. It can effectively inhibit the expression of dengue virus (DENV) replicons with an EC50 value of 1.03±0.09 μM. BP13944 can inhibit the replication or viral RNA synthesis of all four serotypes of DENV, but is ineffective against Japanese encephalitis virus. BP13944 may target the DENV NS3 protease, and the E66G amino acid substitution in the NS3 protease region will cause the virus to become resistant to BP13944. BP13944 has no obvious cytotoxicity. As there is currently no effective dengue vaccine and treatment, BP13944, as an effective small molecule inhibitor, may become a potential agent for the treatment of dengue in the future.

GZNL-P36 is an orally active inhibitor for SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease (PL^pro), with an IC₅₀ of 6.45 nM. GZNL-P36 inhibits SARS-CoV and its variants with EC₅₀ range from 58.2 nM to 2.66 μM. GZNL-P36 exhibits a peak plasma concentration C_max of 549 ng/mL, a half-life T_1/2 of 1.45 h and a bioavailability of 74.7% in CD-1 mouse. GZNL-P36 exhibits antiviral activity in SARS-CoV-2 XXB.1 infection in mouse.

Ebselen oxide, the selenone analogue of Ebselen, covalently modifies diguanylate cyclase (DGC) to inhibit c-di-GMP-receptor interactions and reduces DGC activity. Ebselen oxide also inhibits alginate production (IC₅₀=14 μM) by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ebselen oxide inhibits HDAC1, HDAC3, HDAC4, HDAC5, HDAC6, HDAC7, HDAC8, and HDAC9 (IC₅₀ ranging from 0.2 to 4.7 μM).
