Description

ABC-1 is a phosphorylated analogue and a potential antiviral agent against Newcastle disease virus (NDV). ABC-1 has potent antiviral activity[1][2].

In Vitro

ABC-1 (175 and 350 μM; 96 hours) potently inhibits Cytopathic effect (CPE) [1].

In Vivo

ABC-1 (2 mg/kg; Oral) reduces colocalized cells in liver and clara cells in lung tissue when compared to NDV control animals[2].
