α-Neoendorphin (porcine)
α-Neoendorphin porcine is a peptide. α-Neoendorphin porcine effectively alleviates UVB-induced skin photoaging via activating mTOR-Beclin-1-mediated autophagy, reducing UVB-triggered ROS production, inhibiting the MAPK pathway and MMP activity, and promoting type I procollagen synthesis. α-Neoendorphin porcine exerts anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects on skin cells. α-Neoendorphin porcine can be used in studies related to skin photoaging.

Biological Activity
α-Neoendorphin porcine (5 μg/mL; 15-30 min) activates autophagy in Hs68 cells by inhibiting the mTOR signaling pathway and upregulating the expression of autophagy-related proteins[1].
α-Neoendorphin porcine (0-20 μg/mL; 48 h) inhibits UVB-induced intracellular ROS production in Hs68 cells, reduces the levels of UVB-induced senescence-related proteins (p-ERK, p-p38, p-JNK) and the activities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in cells[1].
α-Neoendorphin porcine (0.5-20 μg/mL; 48 h) attenuates UVB-induced inhibition of type I procollagen production in Hs68 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
