In Vitro
Anti-Human/Mouse GRP78 Antibody (N88) (1 μg/mL, 1 h or 6 h) significantly inhibits the expression of TNF α, IL-6, IL-1β, CCL2, CCL3, and CCL4 induced by LPS (HY-D1056) and reduces the phosphorylation of IκBα in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs)[1].
Anti-Human/Mouse GRP78 Antibody (N88) (1 μg/mL, 1 h or 6 h) widely inhibits the inflammatory response and inhibits the expression of PAI1 and PAI2 induced by multiple TLR agonists (Lipoteichoic acid (LTA) (HY-N9481), Imiquimod (IMQ) (HY-B0180), or ODN 1826 (HY-146245)) in BMDMs[1].
Anti-Human/Mouse GRP78 Antibody (N88) (1 μg/mL, 15 min) activates Akt phosphorylation in a dose-dependent manner in B16F1 cells[3].
