Anti-inflammatory agent 114 (compound 1i) (10 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits NO production in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages[1].
Anti-inflammatory agent 114 (10 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits the protein expression of iNOS, COX-2 and NLRP3 in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages[1].
Anti-inflammatory agent 114 (0.63-10 μM; 24 h) dose-dependently inhibits the protein expression of iNOS, COX-2 and NLRP3 in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages, with the strongest inhibitory effect observed at 10 μM[1].
