Endochin inhibits cytochrome c reduction by the T. gondii cytochrome bc1 complex, with an IC50 of 8.2 nM[1].
Endochin inhibits T. gondii with an IC50 of 0.003 nM[1].
Endochin (Compound 1) inhibits multidrug resistant W2 and TM90-C2B isolates of Plasmodium falciparum, with IC50s of 8.59 and 46.6 nM respectively[2].
