Zinilisib (6 h) potently inhibits AKT phosphorylation in T47D cells expressing mutant PI3Kα^H1047R, with a mean IC₅₀ ranging from 1 nM to 500 nM; it also inhibits AKT phosphorylation in SKBR3 cells expressing wild-type PI3Kα, with a mean IC₅₀ ranging from 2 μM to 15 μM^[2].
