Urabrelimab (SRF231) promotes macrophage-mediated phagocytic clearance of several hematologic primary tumor samples and cell lines in vitro. Urabrelimab increases phagocytosis of Raji tumor cell line targets with an EC50 of ~300 ng/mL[1].

Immobilized CD47 Protein, Human can bind Urabrelimab. The EC50 for this effect is 27.55 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 A549 cells with Urabrelimab (HY-P99533, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
