Sahandol shows activity against P. falciparum K1, T. brucei rhodesiense STIB 900, and L6-cells, with IC50 values of 1.3 ± 0.3 μM, 2.9 ± 0.1 μM, and 0.2 ± 0.1 μM, respectively[1].
