CYP51-IN-10 is cytochrome P450 14a-demethylase (CYP51) inhibitor with antifungal activity. CYP51-IN-10 can be used for the research of fungal infection^[1].

CYP51-IN-10 (Compound 1j) (24-72 h) exhibits potent antifungal activity against Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida parapsilosis, Candida tropicalis, Trichophyton rubrum, Candida krusei, and Microsporum gypseum but shows no activity against Aspergillus fumigatus^[1].
