BMf-BH3
BMf-BH3 (BMF-Y) is a pro-apoptotic (apoptosis) protein containing only the BH3 domain, and also serves as a cellular stress sentinel for actin cytoskeleton signaling. BMf-BH3 binds to pro-survival Bcl-2 family members via its BH3 domain to block their anti-apoptotic functions. BMf-BH3 can be used in cancer-related research.
