Orismilast inhibits tumour necrosis factor α (TNFα), and the secretion of T-helper (Th)1 (TNFα and IFNγ), Th17 (IL-22 and IL-23), and Th2 (IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13) related cytokines in PBMC[2].
