Zinilisib
Zinilisib (Zinilisibum) is a PI3K inhibitor. Zinilisib potently inhibits the phosphorylation of AKT in cells expressing mutant PI3KαH1047R and wild-type PI3Kα, with IC50 values of 1-500 nM and 2-15 μM, respectively. Zinilisib can be used in breast cancer-related research.

Zinilisib (Example 8) potently inhibits the proliferation of T47D cells expressing mutant PI3KαH1047R, with a mean EC50 ranging from 1 nM to 500 nM; it also inhibits the proliferation of SKBR3 cells expressing wild-type PI3Kα, with a mean EC50 ranging from 2 μM to 15 μM[2].
Zinilisib (6 h) potently inhibits AKT phosphorylation in T47D cells expressing mutant PI3KαH1047R, with a mean IC50 ranging from 1 nM to 500 nM; it also inhibits AKT phosphorylation in SKBR3 cells expressing wild-type PI3Kα, with a mean IC50 ranging from 2 μM to 15 μM[2].
