GPER/Bcl-2-IN-1 (Compound L-37) (0-140 μM, 48 h) exhibits IC50 values of 40.72 μM (LN-18), 39.78 μM (U373), 109.7 μM (BJ), and 23.86 μM (MCF-10A), respectively[1].
GPER/Bcl-2-IN-1 (0-10 μM, 4-5 days) can inhibit the proliferation and neurosphere formation of Gli4 glioblastoma stem cells [1].
