Handling Instructions Technical Support

Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution (CMC-544 solution) is an antibody-targeted chemotherapy agent composed of a humanized anti-CD22 antibody conjugated to Calicheamicin (HY-19609). Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution and G544 bind human CD22 with similar affinities (Kd ≈ 150 pM). Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution has demonstrated efficacy against CD22+ B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution can be used in the research of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution can be used in the research of acute lymphoblastic leukemia[1][2][3].

In Vitro

Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution exerts highly potent cytotoxic activity against a vari-
ety of CD22-positive B-cell origin cancer cell lines[1].
Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution and G544
bind human CD22 with similar affinities (KD ≈ 150 pM)[1].

In Vivo

Inotuzumab ozogamicin solution causes dose-dependent regression of B-lymphoma xenografts grown as subcutaneous solid tumors in athymic nude mice[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
