dTAG-47 (500 nM, 14-72 h) efficiently depletes FKBP12F36V-MELK(sg3R) protein in MELK⁻/⁻ MDA-MB-468-FKBP12F36V-MELK(sg3R) cells[1].
dTAG-47 (500 nM, 9 days) does not impair the growth of MELK⁻/⁻ MDA-MB-468-FKBP12F36V-MELK(sg3R) cells[1].
dTAG-47 (0-3000 nM, 48 h) degrades NL-FKBP-Cas9 in a dose-dependent manner in HEK293T CRBN +/+ cells[2].
dTAG-47 (1 μM, 72 h) modulates DNA repair outcomes by increasing error-prone repair frequency with prolonged Cas9 lifetime in HEK293T cells transfected with NL-FKBP-Cas9, RBM20 gRNA and ssODN[2].
dTAG-47 (0- 1000 nM, 72 h) reduces both on-target and off-target editing at EMX1 loci in a dose-dependent manner and enhances on-target versus off-target specificity in HEK293T cells transfected with NL-FKBP-Cas9 and EMX1 gRNA[2].
