EZH2-IN-18 (compound 9e) is a potent inhibitor of enhancer of zeste homologue 2 (EZH2WT) , with the IC50 of 1.01 nM. EZH2-IN-18 shows inhibition in proliferation and induction in apoptosis in tumor cells.
