体外実験

Stearamide (10000 ppm, 60 min) forms an adsorption layer on the surface of carbon steel, which prevents the dissolution of metal ions and the precipitation of hydrogen, thereby slowing down the corrosion process^[2].
Stearamide (0.1 μM; 2 days) induces hypertrophy in C2C12 myotubes by promoting protein synthesis through the activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway^[3].
