hHDAC6 36 nM (IC50) |
T-518 inhibits human HDAC6 enzyme activity with IC50 of 36 nM (without pre-incubation) and 4.6 nM (after 60 min pre-incubation), but does not obviously inhibit HDAC1, 4, or 7[1].
T-518 (0.1-10 μM, 24 h) elevates tubulin acetylation significantly and dose-dependently in mouse primary neural cultures[1].
T-518 (3-30 μM, 24 h) does not increase histone H3 acetylation in mouse primary neural cultures [1].
