BI-1808 is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting human tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2) (KD = 646 pM). BI-1808 inhibits Treg survival by blocking the interaction between TNFR2 and its ligand TNF-α, and via its IgG1 Fc segment binds FcγR to target and deplete intratumoral Tregs (ADCC/ADCP) and induce pro-inflammatory reprogramming of myeloid cells, ultimately activating CD8+ effector T cell-mediated tumor rejection. BI-1808 can produce synergistic antitumor effects with Pembrolizumab (HY-P9902). BI-1808 can be used for research in tumor immunity.

    Flow Cytometry analysis of HepG2 cells with BI-1808 (HY-P991192, red) . Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa(HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
