Moronic Acid is cytotoxic to H9 lymphocytes, with an IC₅₀ value of 18.6 μg/mL^[1].
Moronic Acid (10-20 μM) inhibits the polarization of intestinal macrophages to M1, reducing ROS levels as well as the expression of p-P50 and NLRP3 proteins^[2].
