Lenalidomide-F is a CRBN ligand. Lenalidomide-F can be conjugated with the FLT3 ligand Gilteritinib (HY-12432) via the linker Glycolic acid (HY-W015967) to synthesize the FLT3 PROTAC degrader LWY713 (HY-157213). Lenalidomide-F is applicable to the research of acute myeloid leukemia.
