PRMT5-IN-41 (compound 130) is a potent and orally active PRMT5 inhibitor. PRMT5-IN-41 inhibits hERG ion channel with IC₅₀ value of 1.36 µM^[1].

All Histone Methyltransferase Isoforms :

In Vitro

PRMT5-IN-41 (compound 130) (0-10000 nM) shows anti-priliferative activity with IC₅₀ values of 5.8, 1291.6 µM for HCT116 MTAP(-/-), HCT116 WT cells, respectively^[1].
