Ifenprodil (NP-120), a cerebral vasodilator, is a noncompetitive NMDA receptor antagonist. Ifenprodil exerts high affinity at NR1A/NR2B receptors (IC50=0.34 μM) over 400-fold than at NR1A/NR2A receptors (IC50=146 μM) . Ifenprodil is an α1 adrenergic receptor antagonist. Ifenprodil inhibits GIRK (Kir3), reduces inward currents through the basal GIRK activity. Ifenprodil has reliable inhibitory effects against A/H1N1 strains (EC50 of 6.6 µM). Ifenprodil has neuroprotective, anticonvulsant and antinociceptive effects. Ifenprodil can be used for the study of cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral arterial obliterative disease .

ML115, a molecular probe of the signal transducer, is a selective STAT3 agonist, with an EC50 of 2 nM. ML115 increases the expression of BCL3, a known STAT3-dependent oncogene. ML115 is inactive against the related STAT1, STAT5 and NF-κB anti-targets. ML115 counteracts the effects of Ginsenoside Rc (HY-N0042) on cell viability and inflammatory responses in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated H9c2 and RAW264.7 cells, while altering oxidative stress markers. Disitamab vedotin (RC48) is a HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), formed by conjugation of the humanized anti-HER2 antibody Disitamab (HY-P99854) with drug-linker VcMMAE (HY-15575). VcMMAE consists of a cleavable MC-Val-Cit-PAB linker and the microtubule inhibitor MMAE (HY-15162). After binding to HER2 and undergoing endocytosis, Disitamab vedotin releases MMAE in lysosomes, which further inhibits microtubule assembly, arrests mitosis and induces apoptosis, while also exerting a bystander effect. Disitamab vedotin can be used in studies of HER2-positive breast cancer .
