TSLP-IN-1 is a potent thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) inhibitor. TSLP-IN-1 disrupts TSLP-TSLPR protein-protein interaction, and downregulates IL-4 and IL-13. TSLP-IN-1 can be used for the research of inflammation diseases, such as skin disease, asthma, and allergies[1].

In Vitro

TSLP-IN-1 (compound C13) (0.25-20 μM; 24 h) selectively inhibits proliferation of Hut78 cells, while showing no cytotoxicity in human keratinocytes and fibroblasts[1].
TSLP-IN-1 (0.25-20 μM; 36 h) inhibits IL-4 and IL-13 release in TSLP-activated HuT78 cells and human primary CD4+T cells[1].
