WXM-1-170 (0.0001-100 µM, 48h) inhibits the cell growth of AGS cells with the IC₅₀ of 34.68 μM^[1].
WXM-1-170 (10 µM, 48 and 72 h) shows anti-migration activity in AGS and MGC803 cells^[1].
WXM-1-170 (10 µM, 48 h) upregulates E-cadherin and downregulated N-cadherin and vimentin in AGS and MGC803 cells^[1].
