BODIPY FL thalidomide (0.122-500 nM; 30-300 min) binds to 6×His-tagged human cereblon protein with high affinity, exhibiting a stable K_d of 3.6 nM after 90-240 min of incubation^[1].
BODIPY FL thalidomide (4 nM; 30-300 min) mediates a TR-FRET assay that detects time-dependent changes in cereblon binding activity caused by the spontaneous isomerization of (S)- and (R)-Thalidomide enantiomers when incubated with 6×His-tagged human cereblon protein^[1].
BODIPY FL thalidomide (4 nM; 90 min) mediates a TR-FRET assay that selectively detects binding of cereblon ligands to 6×His-tagged human cereblon protein, with no response to non-cereblon ligands^[1].
