Caspase-3/7 activator 3 (Compound 7g) inhibits Wi-38, Caco-2 and HepG-2 cells with IC50 values of 17.077 µM, 0.064 µM, 0.065 µM, respectively[1].
Caspase-3/7 activator 3 (0.06 μM; 72 h) significantly inhibits the expression of apoptosis inhibitor Bcl2 in Caco-2 cells (down-regulates Bcl2 by 0.087 folds). Caspase-3/7 activator 3 insignificantly effects the morphology of Caco-2 and HepG-2 cells[1].
Caspase-3/7 activator 3 (0.064 µM; 72 h) has the potential to induces apoptosis of Caco-2 cells (the total apoptotic cell populations is 58.730 %)[1].
