EGFR-IN-171 (Compound 6b) shows cytotoxic in HepG-2, MCF-7 and HCT-116 cells with IC50 vales of 5.8, 3.91 and 7.97 μM, respectively[1].
EGFR-IN-171 (3.91 μM, 24 h) increases apoptosis and cell accumulation in the G2/M phase in MCF-7 cells[1].
EGFR-IN-171 (3.91 μM, 24 h) increases Bax and p53 levels and decreases Bcl-2 levels in MCF-7 cells[1].
