HL82624 reduces CXCR4 activation energy barriers for all transition states, and facilitates early-stage CXCR4 activation[1].
HL82624 binds to CXCR4 on Sup-T1 cells with an IC50 of 24 μM[1].
HL82624 (1-100 μM; 3 h) promotes CXCR4-mediated cell migration in Sup-T1 cells[1].
