Drupacine shows cytotoxic effect on HCT-116, with IC50 of 16.20 ± 3.44 μM[1].
Drupacine shows cytotoxic effect for Bursaphelenchus xylophilus with ED50 of 27.1?μg/mL, and for Meloidogyne incognita with ED50 of 76.3?μg/mL, respectively[2].
