フィブリン
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Fibrin is an insoluble protein found in blood that is produced in response to bleeding. As the main component of blood clots, fibrin functions in blood coagulation. Fibrin binds to the integrins ICAM-1, VE-cadherin, αIIbβ3, αMβ2, αvβ3 and α5β1. Fibrin is used in research related to chronic wounds.

生物活性
Fibrin enhances endothelial cell adhesion, spreading, migration, and signaling via integrin-dependent mechanisms, and stabilizes αvβ3-integrin expression on human microvascular endothelial cells to support migration[1].
Fibrin directly supports endothelial cell tube formation in in vitro as part of angiogenic responses[1].
Fibrin stimulates fibroblast proliferation, integrin expression, and migration during in vitro wound-healing processes[1].
Fibrin mediates endothelial cell adhesion and angiogenesis via multiple receptor interactions, including integrins αvβ3/α5β1, ICAM-1, and VE-cadherin[1].
