RO 64-5229 (50 µM) reduces the presynaptic inhibitory effect of NL1 (Neuroligin 1)[1].
RO 64-5229 (0.1, 0.3, 1 µM; 20 min) inhibits the inhibitory activity of neuroligin 1 ectodomain (Ecto-NL1; mGluR2 activator) on Forskolin (Ecto-NL1 decreases the Forskolin-induced formation of cAMP) in HEK-mGluR2 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
