Biological Activity
Lentinan (100 μg/mL, 6 h) inhibits oxidative stress and alleviates LPS induced inflammation and apoptosis in bovine mammary epithelial cells by activating the Nrf2 signaling pathway[1]. Lentinan (0-200 μM, 24 h) reduces proliferation, migration, invasion, and cell stemness of lung adenocarcinoma cell lines H1299 and H460, and promotes cell apoptosis[4].
