Methyl palmitate-d₃₁ is the deuterium labeled Methyl palmitate. Methyl palmitate, an acaricidal compound occurring in green walnut husks, inhibits phagocytic activity and immune response. Methyl palmitate also posseses anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic effects[1][2][3].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process.
