In Vitro

MS154N (Compound 28) (30 μM) binds to purified wild-type EGFR and EGFR^L858R mutants with high affinity^[1].
MS154N does not induce degradation of mutant EGFR in HCC-827 or H3255 lung cancer cells^[1].
