PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-41 is a SMARCA2/4 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 and IC50 both < 0.1 μM. PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-41 is applicable to research on SMARCA2/4-related or SMARCA2/4-deficient cancers[1]. (Pink: SMARCA2 and SMARCA4 ligand (HY-183063); Blue: VHL ligand (HY-159465); Black: linker).

In Vitro

SMARCA2 shares high homology (up to 75%) with SMARCA4. SMARCA4 frequently undergoes mutations (i.e., deletion or inactivation) in primary tumors, particularly in lung cancer (12%), melanoma, liver cancer and pancreatic cancer. In SMARCA4-mutated (deleted) cancer cell lines, SMARCA2 is one of the most critical essential genes[1].
