Biological Activity

TRPV4 |
RN-9893 Hydrochloride reveals selectivity towards TRPV1 (IC50: 10 μM), TRPV3 (IC50: >30 μM) and TRPM8 (IC50: 30 μM) [1].
RN-9893 Hydrochloride inhibits rTRPV4 with an IC50 of 0.57 μM when 4α-PDD acts as an agonist. RN-9893 inhibits rTRPV4 with an IC50 of 2.1 μM when hypotonicity is used as agonist[1].
