D-luciferin potassium is the natural substrate of the enzyme luciferase (Luc) that catalyzes the production of the typical yellowgreen light of fireflies. The 560 nm chemiluminescence from this reaction peaks within seconds, with light output that is proportional to luciferase concentration when the substrate luciferin is present in excess. The luciferase (luc) gene is a popular reporter gene for research and agent screening. Chemiluminescent techniques are virtually background-free, making the luc reporter gene ideal for detecting low-level gene expression. As little as 0.02 pg of luciferase can be reliably measured in a standard scintillation counter. In addition to its role as a reporter of gene expression, luciferase is commonly used in an extremely sensitive assay for ATP . We offer the firefly luciferase (HY-P1004A), luciferin free acid (HY-12591A), as well as its water-soluble sodium salts (HY-12591) and potassium salts (HY-12591B) .

BODIPY (BOD) FL alkyne is an alkyne-containing BODIPY fluorophore derivative. BODIPY FL alkyne is a bioorthogonal labeling reagent with low toxicity and extremely low non-specific reactivity, and it is widely used in fluorescent bioimaging. BODIPY FL alkyne specifically labels azide groups on intracellular glycoconjugates mainly via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC), or mediates site-specific conjugation with proteins such as IL-33, and supports positive cross-linking with other probes (e.g., DBCO-SCy5) for dual labeling. With the advantages of high specificity and low background interference, BODIPY FL alkyne can be used in the research of related diseases such as asthma, atopic dermatitis and inflammatory bowel disease .

Ctrl-CF4-S2 is a chemically modified control probe of the copper probe Copper Fluor-4 (CF4, HY-150086), in which two of the four thioether ligands in CF4 (HY-150086) are replaced with methylene groups. CF4 (HY-150086) is a fluorescent probe used for detecting the presence and distribution of copper ions, whereas Ctrl-CF4-S2 does not respond to copper ions. This allows it to eliminate background signals from copper, thereby helping to determine whether the signals from CF4 (HY-150086) accurately reflect the dynamic changes of copper ions in biological systems

WGYRGFYC (WC8) is a selective HER2-targeting peptide that binds specifically to HER2 by mimicking the antigen-binding site of trastuzumab. The DOTA precursor of WGYRGFYC has a KD of 61.20 nM for HER2. WGYRGFYC enables specific and highly sensitive detection of HER2 expression in HER2-positive breast cancer cells and tumor tissues, and monitors the dynamic downregulation of HER2 expression. WGYRGFYC rapidly distributes to target tissues and is efficiently cleared from non-target tissues via the kidneys, generating an ideal tumor-to-background ratio in imaging; it is a component of the PET radiotracer Ga-DOTA-WC8. WGYRGFYC exhibits no significant cytotoxicity in breast cancer cells, and can be used for non-invasive imaging diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy evaluation of HER2-positive breast cancer .

We of er the firefly luciferase (HY-P1004A), luciferin free acid (HY-12591A), as well as its water-soluble sodium salts (HY-12591) and potassium salts (HY-12591B) .

Palmitoylglycine (N-palmitoyl glycine), an endogenous lipid that acts as a modulator of calcium influx and nitric oxide () production in sensory neurons. Palmitoylglycine is linked to an increased risk of Background Brugada syndrome (BrS) and interacts with BrS-associated proteins, demonstrating moderate binding affinities for DCC, CR1, CTSB, NAAA, DEFB1, EPHA1, IGF1/IGFBP3/ALS, and LTA .

Fl-DIBO (fluorogenic dibenzocyclooctyne) is a selective and high sensitivity fluorescent probe to azide compounds. Fl-DIBO can react rapidly with azide compounds to form new highly fluorescent products with a maximum emission wavelength of 469 nm and excitation wavelength of 363 nm. Fl-DIBO can be used to label diazo-tagged proteins without detectable background signal interference . Fl-DIBO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
