In Vitro

SRTCX1003 (0-10 μM; 24 h) mediates a dose-dependent reduction of acetylated p65 protein in U2OS cells[1].
SRTCX1003 (5 μM; 6 h) attenuates TNFα-induced p65 acetylation in HEK 293T/17 cells[1].
SRTCX1003 (0-100 μM; 2 h) shows dose-dependent reduction of LPS (HY-D1056)-induced TNFα secretion from RAW cells[1].
