In Vitro

USP11-IN-1 exhibits potent anti-proliferative activity against PEO4 and MDA-MB-231 cells with IC50 values of 0.47 and 6.5μM, while has low cytotoxicity for MRC-5 cells (IC50 > 10 μM)[1].
