ZL-Pin13
Based on 1 Customer Validation
ZL-Pin13 is a covalent Pin1 inhibitor. ZL-Pin13 modifies Cys113, blocking Pin1-substrate interactions and peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase activity. ZL-Pin13 induces partial Pin1 degradation and downregulates MCL-1, cyclin D1, and c-Myc at both the protein and transcriptional levels. ZL-Pin13 can be used in research on triple-negative breast cancer.

In PIN1 knockdown cells, ZL-Pin13 did not further affect the levels of cyclin D1, MCL-1, c-Myc, and Pin1.
