LL-37 FK-13 is an antimicrobial agent, that inhibits Trichomonas vaginalis. LL-37 FK-13 exhibits slight hemolytic effects on human erythrocytes and low cytotoxicity to human fibroblasts.

Tecovirimat-d₄ (ST-246-d₄) is a deuterium-labelled Tecovirimat (HY-14805). Tecovirimat is an orally bioavailable and selective compound against orthopoxviruses [including vaccinia, monkeypox, camelpox, cowpox, ectromelia (mousepox), smallpox and variola viruses]. Tecovirimat is evaluated against vaccinia, cowpox virus, ectromelia virus with EC₅₀ values of 0.01 μM, 0.48 μM and 0.05 μM, respectively. Tecovirimat targets the orthopoxvirus protein VP37 which is necessary for membrane envelopment of intracellular mature virus particles to form enveloped virus. Tecovirimat exerts antiviral activity on the target of the cowpox virus V061 gene, which is homologous to vaccinia virus F13L, encoding a major envelope protein (p37) required for production of extracellular virus. Tecovirimat could be used in the study for orthopoxvirus-induced diseases.

TCS PrP Inhibitor 13, an antiprion agent, is a cellular prion protein (PrP^C) inhibitor. TCS PrP Inhibitor 13, as a protease-resistant form of prion protein (PrP-res) accumulation inhibitor, shows an IC₅₀ value of 3 nM in both ScN2a and F3 cell lines. TCS PrP Inhibitor 13 induces Schwannoma cells apoptosis.

BP13944 is a potential small molecule inhibitor discovered by high-throughput screening. It can effectively inhibit the expression of dengue virus (DENV) replicons with an EC50 value of 1.03±0.09 μM. BP13944 can inhibit the replication or viral RNA synthesis of all four serotypes of DENV, but is ineffective against Japanese encephalitis virus. BP13944 may target the DENV NS3 protease, and the E66G amino acid substitution in the NS3 protease region will cause the virus to become resistant to BP13944. BP13944 has no obvious cytotoxicity. As there is currently no effective dengue vaccine and treatment, BP13944, as an effective small molecule inhibitor, may become a potential agent for the treatment of dengue in the future.
