Biological Activity
Anti-inflammatory agent 91 (Compound 4o) (10-80 μM; 24 h) has no significant effect on HaCaT cell viability[1].
Anti-inflammatory agent 91 (10-40 μM; 2 h) significantly reduces NO (IC50= 19.5 μM), TNF-α, IL-6 (RAW264.7) and IL-17A (HaCaT) levels in LPS (1 μg/mL; 24 h)-induced RAW264.7 and HaCaT cells, demonstrating anti-inflammatory activity[1].

Animal Model:Imiquimod-induced Psoriasis mice model[1].

Dosage:25 mg/kg; 50 mg/kg; 100 mg/kg

Administration:Apply topically to skin once daily for 5 days. 12 hours after applying 5% imiquimod cream.

Result:Significantly inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-17A, IL-22, IL-23, and TNF-α in the serum of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mice.
Significantly reduced the erythema and scales of the dorsal lesions of the mice compared to the imiquimod (IMQ) group.
Significantly reduced histopathological damage.
Effectively inhibited the expression of p65, STAT3, and p-STAT3, and slightly reduced the expression of p-p65.
