CM369 can bind to CCR8 on the surface of CCR8-positive tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells within the tumor microenvironment and deplete these cells via antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), thereby potentially reactivating the anti-tumor immune response.
