Rolditamig (TQB2102 Antibody) is a recombinant humanized anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) antibody. Rolditamig binds to the non-overlapping epitopes of HER2 ECD2 and ECD4, induces HER2 internalization and downregulation, and blocks HER2 signaling. Rolditamig carries a cytotoxic payload that inhibits topoisomerase I. Rolditamig can be used in research on solid tumors such as HER2 expression-positive breast cancer.
