AV-9606-129 is a USP28 inhibitor with an IC50 of < 1 μM. AV-9606-129 inhibits the enzymatic activity of USP28 and downregulates the protein levels of c-Myc and c-Myb. AV-9606-129 can be used in cancer research[1].

In Vitro

AV-9606-129 (30 min; 30 min) potently inhibits purified recombinant USP28 protein with an IC50 of < 1 μM[1].
AV-9606-129 (100 μM) modulates the activity of a subset of 41 tested purified deubiquitinase enzymes[1].
AV-9606-129 (1 h) dose-dependently engages endogenous USP28 in K562 cell lysates, as demonstrated by reduced Ub-VME labeling of USP28[1].
AV-9606-129 (25-100 μM) downregulates C-Myc and C-Myb protein levels in NOMO-1, K562, MOLM14, and MM1S human cancer cell lines[1].
