IBE-667 acts as an agonist to enhance binding between purified LFA-1 I domain and soluble ICAM-1, with a dissociation constant of 76 nM for the ternary complex[1].
IBE-667 (1-1000 μM) dose-dependently enhances soluble ICAM-1 binding to in vitro activated primary human T-cells via an LFA-1-dependent mechanism[1].
IBE-667 (0-120 μM) dose-dependently induces aggregation of in vitro activated primary human T-cells via an LFA-1-dependent mechanism[1].
IBE-667 acts as an agonist for αₗβ2 integrin (LFA-1) on activated T-cells, enhancing ICAM-1 binding via allosteric interaction with the αₗ domain[2].
